July 25th, 2020 The re-opening of trade shows @ PiacenzaExpo
After five months of lockdown due to the COVID19 emergency, Piacenza Expo reopened its doors on July 25th to host the niche fair “Armi & Bagagli”, which was attended by about 200 exhibitors (including numerous foreign companies) and over 3,500 visitors.
Inaugurated in the presence of the municipal councilor Stefano Cavalli, the regional president of the Union of Italian Provinces, Gian Domenico Tomei, and senator Pietro Pisani, the event was a real test for Piacenza Expo, as it was underlined by the Managing Director of the Piacenza Fair Giuseppe Cavalli and the General Manager Sergio Copelli “For us, the response was very positive, despite the undeniable logistical and organizational difficulties, and this allows us to be optimistic in view of the six exhibitions that Piacenza Expo will organize and host between September and December 2020, important fairs much appreciated amongst the operators, including the show “Pipeline & Gas Expo / The Utility Construction Show ” which will be held from 17th to 19th November next “.
